Pros
Starting pay, paid benefits, great holiday schedule. A few of my coworkers were pretty amazing. Loved HR and marketing, they always made me feel welcome. When the products get approved, they could change so many lives.
Cons
Management is just horrible. They act friendly, they aren't. So many inappropriate conversations had by the management to basic staff that should never be had. Words were said by grown adults that are just mind-boggling. Pay attention to what the lab tech wrote in March, they are 100% correct. If you stay quiet and do as you're told, you'll do fine. If you voice your opinion, especially towards your manager, say goodbye to your job. They've fired so many people in the couple months I was there. I spoke to so many people who voiced how afraid they are of job security. Your staff shouldn't always be in fear.
