Growing very fast Needs more people

The HR department, and owners of the company are the best people for the job, unfortunate to not been around long enough for the long game.

Shipping department is the worst. They don't want you to only work your scheduled hours. They expect you to work 10+ a day and weekends when the shipping manager asks. You are expected to bend backwards for this department and don't ask questions or you have an "attitude" if you have family, or kids? Not a fit in this department. You have to live to work in the department I was in.
