      Pros

      Free food and drinks. Resident companies are all a great resource.

      Cons

      There is little to no management to lean on at biolabs. Your career growth has 0 priority. Tasks are unnecessary difficult for no reason based on operations set up from previous employees. No teamwork. No clear understanding of roles. Hostile behavior is tolerated. No travel or educational opportunities.

      Pros

      Very straight forward company with management having flexibility to make decision to do the right thing. Management leads by example.

      Cons

      Parking is expensive and limited.

      Pros

      BioLabs has beautiful state-of-the-art facilities. Generally pleasant coworkers. Business seems to be good, so that is promising.

      Cons

      Management seems disconnected from the individuals running the sites. BioLabs did not have a formal HR department when I worked there and I wish they had. Not a lot of opportunities for upward organizational movement.
