      Pros

      Tons of great benefits working here in my opinion. Fantastic benefits. Hybrid work set up. Casual dress. Easy to get to, easy commute. People are passionate about the work we do. Manageable workloads. FREE parking!!! A fantastic mix of minds.

      Cons

      Some of the standard issues with a growing organization but each team is proactively addressing the issues as they arise.

      Diversity and inclusion. Exciting mission. Great teammates!

      Company has doubled in size in last year and continues to grow while initiating software tools and processes and procedures.

      Pros

      Hybrid schedule that you get to choose (3 days in/2 days out) Great winter break/holiday schedule Good pay with a lot of opportunity for advancement and growth Good co-workers Great benefits (sick time, pto, heath insurance)

      Cons

      Company is growing quickly and with that, you need to be extremely flexible as an employee, which at times, can be challenging.
