Pros

There are many smart, dedicated people at the company who are great to work with. The hybrid work environment offers flexibility, and there are still team members who are passionate about the mission.

Cons

Since the company transitioned to new ownership and leadership, the culture has changed significantly. The focus has shifted more toward revenue and short-term performance, which has impacted employee morale and support. Goals are often discussed in vague terms without clear direction or follow-through. Delays in annual bonus payouts and the lack of communication around raises have been a source of frustration across teams. Employee turnover has increased, partly due to high expectations and limited resources.

Pros

Fully remote. Health insurance fully covered. Company culture isn't too bad. Great team leaders. For most positions, work doesn't come home with you.

Cons

Pay is far below average for the position despite what the company says. Lack of growth opportunities. Private equity acquired the company and brought in a bunch of suits that while are making good chances for the company, it's at the expense of lower level employees. Work load has expanded to unsustainable levels and seems will continually grow. Lack of transprency from upper management. We've been told 'big changes' are coming for 2+ years while only senior levels positions have been opened. Some people in upper management have been promoted 2-3 times in the same time a lower level employee has gotten 1 promotion if they're lucky. No merit based raises, only CoL (many of which has been delayed over a year). Christmas bonuses have been delayed for months. Multiple rounds of layoffs. Management is extremely disconnected from the day to day of lower-level employees. Feels like you have to be one of the 'old guard' to make any progress.
