Would not recommend - Marketing Manager BioSpace Employee Review

Not a good experience at all. The culture felt extremely strange, and the CEO seemed to have unrealistic expectations and seemed to be very vindictive if you don't say or do exactly what he is looking for, which changes constantly. The bar for performance felt like it moved often, and micromanaging is heavily encouraged from the top down, leading to strained relationships with staff, anxiety over job security and ever-changing expectations for everyone involved. If you're considering working here, I'd look elsewhere. It's not worth it.
