Seniors cooperate very well with everyone Knowledge of workers is very good and they share it with each other Lab environment was too good and maintained Product(Bio-diesel) was meeting with european standard it is a good unit for getting experience of distillation and diesel production.
Cons
Admin department is too small accommodation for workers is not good there is no good food or refreshment arrangement safety was not at their first priority
