      no pros do not recommend at all

      Cons

      Doctor who has no clue about the business and works part time at a hospital attempting to run an aesthetic business catering to only Spanish speaking women and treats his employees like slaves that he doesn't trust, making them clean the office and perform facials on him

      They have a good schedule, the clinic is well located, they have special prices on all treatments and products for employees, the salary is good.

      Cons

      they don't offer health insurance.
