Has potential for advancement. Growing company. Some very nice people work their.
Cons
Top management seems to be built with family members and friends of. Company is blind to some important technologies and would rather outsource work to companies without any background check. CEO and wife never says good morning or hi to you when you've been their years. Company doesn't listen to advice from experienced employees who were hired to give it. Feels like walking on a rope bridge instead of a solid foundation.
