If you’re not willing to kiss serious A** and cater to executive ego You won’t be a favorite and you won’t get career advancement. They hire people they are buddies with from Stryker. Stryker is a great company and if these past Stryker friends they like so much could’ve cut it at striker they wouldn’t be at Biotissue!
