      Work you way too many hours, in violation of D.O.T. Regs. They expect you to be "On Call" 24/7. there were supposed to be 4 full time drivers and 1 part-time driver at our location and as it ended up I was the only full time driver and 1 part-time driver was available. My last week I logged over 73 hours, and my health began to suffer. There was no time to shop for groceries, attend doctor or dental appointments.

      Pros

      Great home time. Micky does not micro manage. Awesome dispatch. Dedicated round trip. Minimal touch freight, boxes weight 2lbs each. Fuel where I want, no micromanaging here. Great job. I moved out of state and the owner was flying me back and fourth every week for a few months. Awesome management. Best company I ever worked for.

      Cons

      It’s a team job. They’ll hire anyone. I don’t know why, it’s a great job. Pays well and the home time is top notch. However, I’ll get along with anyone.
