Pros
Communication is excellent. Teamwork & collaboration is a real thing there! Everyone has a voice and all thoughts and opinions are welcomed and taken seriously. The people are really nice and the management team is excellent and wants their team to succeed.
Cons
The board of directors should probably pay more attention to what is going on within the company and take a more active role. They recently laid of 50% of their workforce because they couldn't afford to keep them on. That was certainly preventable had action been taken earlier.
