Pros
I don’t often see people who have stayed with a company for many years leave reviews, so I thought I would for a change. I joined the company a few years ago, and since then I’ve had the opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects, which I have always welcomed. I feel fortunate to have a manager who does not micromanage at all, but instead trusts his team, empowers us to lead projects, and manage our own time. That said, we are still held accountable and expected to deliver on our responsibilities. There are plenty of opportunities available for those who are willing to embrace them.
Cons
At times, the workload can feel quite heavy, especially when someone leaves and their responsibilities are shared across the team rather than being replaced straight away.
