3% 401k match. $400 car allowance. Expense acct. Phone & internet expensed. Laptop Small company
Cons
Poor management. Everything must be apprpved from UK office. Inefficient turn around times on amything. Management is locked in even though unfit for job, simply due to tenure. No room for growth, company hires outside individuals, never promotes from within. Comp/ bonus plans are unlike any in the industry, not based on overall growth, but rather focused on 5 accts. Promotes off label product.
