Some workers want to move up when they don’t put in the work, former employees leave a lot of work for you to catch up like no one will figure out they weren’t doing their job, former employees didn’t take accountability for not doing their job, some employees jump chain of command because their direct managers hold them accountable. Some former employees made it a hard work place but they were removed quickly.
