Not a good place to work for - Hair Stylist Bishops Cuts/Color Employee Review

Too much turn around due insufficient management, desparate owner hires just anyone to manage her two salons too much chaos inside the salons plots gossip no unity within the team, nagging assistant manger that gets paid for more for nothing and had no skills to do hair just learning on the job by copying and gets alot of redos, blindsided manager who plays favoritism, no clue owner who is fooled by anything insufficient ... clients are at the mercy of their own ignorance.. hypocrisy to the max..
