Business Outlook
Pros
The company is relatively very stable and has all the prospect to be a multinational company and grow very big in the nearest future. There are also other benefits like pension, medical, 13th month salary which is actually a good one.
Cons
Remuneration is very poor especially for the NOC staff. They do all the work but are paid very little compared to other companies. Staff growth is also very poor. Staff remain on the same salary scale and grade for 2 and 3 years without any hope for increment which is bad for motivation. LET ME STOP HERE.
