- Wants to be a family, but is ultimately a business.
- Can be cliquey as a result, preferential treatment to long-time hires
- Shoestring budget for staffing, they keep a skeleton crew
- Self-motivation is required in your job role. You will need to be capable of handling stressful situations and resolve them.
