      I worked with Bit Mapper for 4 years, and it was a great experience that has set me up for tackling varied situations. 1. Flat Hierarchy 2. Very little politics 3. Challenging work environment 4. Tremendous opportunities to improve technical skills 5. You can be a decisions maker if you have the potential in short time
