      1.) Always surrounded by technical minds who are always ready to help you with all your problems. 2.) You get to handle very interesting projects from customers likes various DRDO labs and ISRO. 3.) You have the best mentor you could ever ask for, Rakesh Mehta Sir, who is always there to help you. 4.) Very friendly work environment. 5.) There are always new things to learn in the company.

      Pros

      I worked with Bit Mapper for 4 years, and it was a great experience that has set me up for tackling varied situations. 1. Flat Hierarchy 2. Very little politics 3. Challenging work environment 4. Tremendous opportunities to improve technical skills 5. You can be a decisions maker if you have the potential in short time

      Long working hours and not much room for making mistakes during the design process
