Pros

Nothing Positive here to mention

Cons

Bit Mascot Pvt Ltd, the company I used to work for, is a really terrible place in Bangladesh. It's toxic and has a lot of problems. The CEO, Mr. Ashiq, uses inappropriate language almost every day when talking to engineers and project managers. They also make employees work incredibly long hours, starting from 8 am and sometimes going all the way until 1 am. They don't care about fixing the many bugs in their projects; their main focus is on releasing new versions quickly, even if they're full of issues. The HR department is the worst. They don't have much knowledge about the technical side of things, but they still try to interfere with project deadlines. It's a toxic workplace that destroys your confidence. Most of the project managers there have bad manners and treat people poorly. In summary, Bit Mascot Pvt Ltd is a company that's really bad to work for. It's a toxic place where employees are treated poorly, projects are full of bugs, and the management doesn't care about fixing them. It's an environment that can really bring you down.
