Pros
The company is established, vibrant, and goal focused. Clear instructions. Love the relationship with Disney and the training received "the Disney way", really helps you grow. 2 years ago we went to California's Disneyland for a company trip, and this year we're all going to Paris! By far one of the best perks.
Cons
You work really long hours and though you can tell your manager appreciates it, the customers don't really recognize your effort, which can be frustrating. The pressure to perform within the time window given in the programs they offer is a little challenging at times when there are multiple jobs or tasks. The company is a little too "perk" focused. I appreciate the trips and company outings, but I'd also appreciate having the 10k they spend on that per employee a year in my pocket, and I get to decide where I go on vacation :)
