As such, BitGo is very open to new ideas and concepts - everyone is able to make a contribution and meritocracy prevails. Those that get things done are able to lead and push forward new ideas quickly and easily. The benefits are amazing; better than Google. Hard to believe.
Cons
Because BitGo's industry changes so fast, it takes a lot of time to keep up. Everyone on the engineering team needs to keep abreast of all industry changes, and it requires a lot of diligence. The most successful people at the company are those genuinely passionate about cryptocurrencies and willing to go the extra mile.
