Pros
* best people in the universe work/worked there * if you love cryptocurrency, one of the most venerable companies to work for * cutting edge for the most part * most of senior management is excellent * very good pay (and you can get paid in bitcoin) * life-changing experience
Cons
* the CEO has severe character flaws (in my opinion) * can be very stressful * can be demoralizing from time to time * lack of any well-thought-out processes * senior management can be very cold and disrespectful
