Was hard to get financial resources from corporate to expand accounts. Smaller opportunities to grow in a more technical direction on the team.

Constantly shifting short- and long-term strategies create confusion and instability. The NA GM and President is extremely inexperienced, with little to no background in managing teams or sales. This leads to poor decision-making, favoritism over his friends. The CEO is weak and fails to provide clear direction or inspire confidence in the company’s future. Reorgs and layoffs happen every other quarter. Lack of transparency, frustration and a chaotic work environment.
