      Ultra-flat structure. Extremely kind management Great team, everyone is committed but also super relaxed Freedom to work from anywhere, and to volunteer ideas

      Cons

      It can be difficult to manage the workload Sometimes it takes time to get a response from busy C-Suite as they have no PAs

      Pros

      It is a very innovative and challenging place to work, the people you work with are from very different backgrounds and have a lot to offer and learn from. Flexible schedules are a plus, everyone is responsible and accountable for their work, good pay.

      Cons

      Not a con, but benefits such as budget for work equipment and health insurance will be great.
