Bitfinex is a great place to learn and meet fantastic people who are crypto enthusiasts and great professionals. Team is extremely helpful and opened for ideas. One of most exciting thing is that each employee may have impact on the processes and products, together with the freedom each employee is empowered to take ownership and improve how things are done here. Work life balance is great, everyone respects your need to take a break and recharge.

Structure is flat so there are not many opportunities however, its typical for such type of companies, thanks to that senior management is easily accessible.
