Pros
Fast moving company with a culture of investing in "up-and-coming" people and grooming them into broad roles - lots of growth opportunity. Great work/life balance for a startup - everyone works hard, but unlike the stereotypical startup experience, nobody is pulling all nighters and sleeping at the office (except one guy who chooses to sleep in the office when he's in from out-of town ;-)). Also, very open/collaborative. From the CEO on down, everything is very transparent. Case in point, after every board meeting, the management team shares the same slides and all details with the employees.
Cons
Could do more employee events, though the company is serious about work/life balance and too much partying would probably take away from personal life rather than work life.
