      -possibility of learning new skills -flexible working hours if you have a day shift -nice colleagues

      Cons

      -some of the operational managers are very toxic, -no possibility of career growth, makes you feel like a number. - lack of transparency, - Opinions are taken personally and management tend to pose as great leaders
