      Pros

      A family-owned business, Bitumar takes good care of its employees, promotes growth and is a great place to learn. Management is very easily approachable and generally they are the best/most knowledgeable in the business.

      Cons

      Still some work to do on spreading the company culture across some of the company's locations in North America
