      Pros

      Founder was very open to all suggestions for how to improve the company. A lot of freedom to work flexible hours and location.

      Cons

      Company did not grow as expected therefore possible opportunities for growth are not there. Otherwise there are not a lot of bad things that can be said of company.

      Pros

      Pretty easy to keep up with since it is on your phone, so you can post anywhere at anytime.

      Cons

      Was not sent emails that other ambassadors got that had important information in it. Payment was often late, and then stopped all-together without a mention of it.
