Owner is really hard working, very receptive to new ideas, continuosly improving, very customer focused, rewards good results, very fair, great team atmosphere, really helping customers, cutting edge technology, good systems, sound business.

Only thing is that the owner can't always respond instantly as he truly does work very long and hard, however he's always responded within a few hours or less usually.
