As the President and co-founder of Bizmates Phlippines, I can’t help but respond to your comments. I’m the guy in the video on our website. First, I’d like to offer my sincere apology if anyone from our recruitment team offended you in any way. At Bizmates, we foster a culture of professionalism and respect to all. I believe that in effective communication, what’s important is not what is said or even how it’s said, but how the recipient receives it. However, please don't judge our entire 30 plus-member recruitment team made up of screeners, interviewers, mentors, and final demo facilitators based on a bad experience with one of them. They all started off as trainers and were promoted to their positions because of their hard work and dedication. All of us at Bizmates are tremendously passionate about our work and our brand. I'm responsible for instilling this culture. So, I take full responsibility if you received our staff’s message the wrong way. Second, I’d like to clarify what you said about Bizmates not paying 58K PHP/month. We certainly do. Every month, we have a handful of trainers earning over 60K PHP and many trainers earning over 40K. They’re outstanding trainers who teach a lot of lessons. We pay between 140-220PHP/hour, and an outstanding trainer can move up to 220PHP/hour in just a few months. Our ads state you can earn up to 58K, which is absolutely true. Third, you mentioned that you worked for Bizmates for 8 years. The fact is we’ve been in business for less than 4 years. If you’re an applicant who feels that you should have passed the hiring process, don’t take it personally. As in any company, we look for people who are a perfect match. I mention in my video what we look for in applicants. And I explain very clearly in the pre-interview video exactly what to expect. All this is to help our applicants decide whether this is right for them or not. It’s a matching game for both the applicant and the company. So if you don’t make it, it just means that it wasn’t a perfect match this time. Some apply 2 or 3 times before getting through and end up becoming excellent trainers. So don’t take it personally.
