I have been working here for the last 5 years and suddenly got to know that today is my last working day. Along with me, more than 17 other employees were laid off without any prior notice. What’s shocking is that I have always received positive feedback from my seniors, yet still got laid off. Every year, this company lays off around 50 employees, so there is absolutely no job security here. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews — most of them are written by internal employees. If you check reviews around April and May 2024, you’ll find the real experiences of people who actually suffered from these layoffs. The sales and marketing teams are among the weakest — they fail to bring in new projects, and the entire company depends on just one product. There’s a delivery manager who acts as if he owns the entire company, putting unnecessary pressure on managers and seniors. Shockingly, even the CEO listens to him and follows whatever he says. If you are looking for job stability, career growth, and a healthy work culture, this is not the right place for you.
