Pros
The remote work environment and the job pays well. Also great coworkers, nice enough for so many to take the time to write these thoughtful reviews, in the hopes of keeping someone else from making the same mistake we did.
Cons
Marc seems to be a user. He gets everything he can out of someone until he decides he doesn't need you anymore or until you can't take it anymore and choose to quit on your own. The Monday meetings are an unbelievable waste of time, not to mention cult-like. There is an enormous lack of trust, lack of autonomy and excessive micromanagement. It's Marc's way or the highway. Instead of truly making it safe place to share ideas and listen to the talented people you hire, he would prefer to focus on any random big idea that's at the top of his mind or try resurrect one of his past failed ideas.
