Great benefits, easy job, good supervisors, excellent extensive training so you feel comfortable on the phones, good pay

They are still working out some issues with the programs used, but I didn't really mind. The job isnt year aroind, so you can only rrally work 6-9 months full time during open enrollment

I enjoy the consumers I help every day.

The company sub-contracted to employ for this position I can't stand. They work on a point system without any give on being human.
