Pros
Fair level of freedom, chance to learn and grow. Good if you want some experience, but you probably won't stay long, depending what area of the company you join.
Cons
Terrible, inexperienced and bullying managers (the odd good one though). Very low salaries for the amount they want you work and know. Very little opportunity for progression - managers don't want you getting too near their level. Morale level of many people is rock bottom a lot of the time. If you're 'one of the lads' or 'one of the girls' then you stand a fighting chance. Definite lads club culture
