1. They review a design for three weeks, Even content writers who know nothing about design will give you design suggestions. I have worked there for 1 year and I can't add a single design in my portfolio. 2. Every year on the month of march to july they will delay salaries. I got my march 2025 salary in the month of August 2025. This was also happened in year we 2024. 3. They have weekends off in offer letter only. They don't have the concept of saturdays off or sundays off. There is always a pending work for you to work on weekends. And on week days they spend their time in 4 to 6 hours of meeting. 4. Every design in the organization is reviewed by 8-10 people and most of them are not even part of design team. This process delays the submission of design which ultimately leads to working weekends. 5. Their complicated process delays the process which ultimately leads to late submission of designs to client and than the client delays the payment for months and than blacksof don't pay for months. 6. Client's social media post is liked by 30-40 people. The majority engagement on clients linked post comes from Blacksof team and client's employees themselves. 7. They will keep promising on hiring creative head and new motion graphic designer who will never get appointed. They always have some excuse.

The role and scope presented during hiring bear little resemblance to the reality of the work. Expectations are dramatically misrepresented, with individuals being asked to absorb responsibilities far beyond a single role. The organisation operates with extremely poor structure, unclear ownership and constantly shifting priorities. There is no real onboarding for the scale of work expected. Management lacks basic people-management and operational maturity. Decisions appear ego-driven rather than outcome-driven, and dissent or competence is not welcomed. Public-facing image does not reflect internal reality. The company presents itself as far larger and more established than what is observable internally, which raises serious concerns about authenticity. High churn and repeated exits across functions point to deep, unresolved organisational issues rather than isolated performance problems. The overall environment is emotionally draining, unsupportive and unsustainable for anyone seeking professional growth, stability, or ethical leadership. This is not a “fast-paced startup environment.” It is a chaotic, poorly managed workplace where unrealistic expectations and toxic dynamics are normalised.
