Be wary of the highly positive reviews on this site. They are deceptive. Two of Blakely's weakest areas are onboarding and culture. The onboarding process is pitiful, and the culture is often poisonous. Identity politics, radical ideologies, and drama are present within the culture — consider this when applying or accepting a position.
