Great customers from around the world, active employees, pier 39 discounts, catered to families, tandems, children/babies, groups. Can't think of anything else.
Cons
Negative vibes, management expects women to work JUST sales. Men are expected to be 'blue collar' types working with the bikes, hardly any customer interaction.
