      Pros

      The behaviour of ASM are not good at all. The picker only have to pick the item and also pack the item after that only we can go for next order. Without packing if we go for another order then they scold us. But our job is to pick the item. I am picker in Radha nagar blinkit Chennai. Mostly item are not in their correct place.

      Cons

      They should change the ASM or else thake a strict action on them.
