Pros

Many different clients. You've got to be a jack of all trades. And there's a level of independence. If you suck up enough you will do well.

Cons

Not a team environment. At face value, everyone acts nice, but people only look out for their own benefits to the detriment of their "teammates". You can't really trust anyone there. And if you aren't part of the strange clique, then your opinion will not be valued. There are also quite a few power struggles, hypocrisy, inexperience, lack of training, terrible senior management with wayward and confusing leadership. They act as though things are transparent, but there are secret projects and secret teams. We don't even know the full features of the app. The pay is lacking. It's a bit like high school with quite irritating whiny people who really have not had the experience to understand what they are saying. And the workload can be burdensome. And FYI, positive reviews "appeared" after leadership seemed to notice negative reviews on Glassdoor.

Pros

Shaping a still new born tech industry Working remotely from home Some independence in what you do Travel around the world (if you're part of a particular groups that said, see below)

Cons

No management A lot of secret projects going on that very few have a clue about A lot of internal conflicts and politics due to the lack of management and nobody seems to care about it even though it's killing little by little the company. As previously mentioned here by others and I couldn't have said it better if you are part of some clique/group your opinion will be of a high value otherwise don't even try. Typically if you're not part of this clique and if you don't agree with some decisions and you say it a bit too loud be ready to pack your stuff. Brand partners (just mere salesmen) are still babies having just finished school act like they run the company. Even though it's a (4 years old) startup so instability is quite normal, firing off so many people in so many offices throughout the world at the same time even if they were competent and been here for a long time says a lot about how a company treat its members.
