      Lack of communication from upper management, especially with the DC. Don't listen to workers in the field about problems happening.

      Pros

      One one of the highest paying jobs in town.

      Cons

      You can’t buy time. They will work you until they break you. Managers and supervisors are all real friendly with each other. None of them are on your side. Your opinion doesn’t matter and all theirs are outdated. They would rather watch the company burn than admit that they are wrong and you will suffer for it. Do not work here.
