Cons
Not recommended for women employees at all as the CEO abuses women employees with fukc words. It's a small company with around 50 employees including FREELANCERS, INTERNS, Engineers, HR, CEO etc. CEO considers employees as his slaves and tells them write in front of their face that 'you are my slave'. Even though, on paper you get 2 leaves every month, but you can't take more than one leave in a month. Suppose you have accumulated leave balance of 6 days and you take leave for 4 days in a month, then they will cut your salary for 3 days because only 1 day leave is allowed in a month irrespective of how many leave balance you have accumulated. Although, employees need to give 3 months notice, notice period for employer is 0 days hence employer terminates you on 0 day notice period without paying you any compensation. Suppose you are hired today and you are not able to clear client's interview tomorrow, you will be immediately terminated. If you clear the interview, the day their contract gets over with the client and you are not billable you will be terminated immediately. While working with client, CEO will ask to copy the code from client's repository to his own repository which is ILLEGAL.
