Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. It's never fun to hear someone had an experience as described. That being said, to address a few of the concerns raised for those who are considering joining our organization: While Block Imaging is a second generation family enterprise, our aim is to provide both opportunities and care for each team member, whether a part of our team for months, years or decades. We do work hard to make it a place where people enjoy to work and that can create deep and lasting relationships. In reference to hypocritical and somewhat cult-ish; our intent and desire as senior leaders is to equip and inspire. Our goal is that each team member would not just work but truly thrive here. As I’ve shared in response to other postings, we are most certainly an imperfect organization, despite our lofty ambitions and a core mission that seeks to proclaim that “people matter” in word and deed. We recognize that such a vision raises the bar and opens the door for criticism and yet we carry on in our pursuit. Lastly – I’m sorry to hear of your experience. We will continue to grow in the way we serve, support, equip and challenge this team to become all they were created for. Respectfully, Josh Block
