I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent actions of Bloom Insurance Agency. Specifically, the company has recently fired several employees including myself the day after open enrollment ended, without any prior notice. This behavior is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a clear lack of care and respect for the well-being of their employees. The work-life balance at this agency is also nonexistent, and their policies towards clients and agents are dishonest. I strongly urge an investigation of these actions and take appropriate action to hold the agency accountable for their unprofessional conduct.
