Pros
Great place to work. Bloom has an outstanding culture, and the benefits are great. They offer unlimited PTO, and they mean it. There is no micromanagement, they care about their employees, give people opportunities to grow and show their skills.... but...
Cons
They have been going through a rough patch for the last 3 years. They experience high churn rates, have difficulty getting new clients, went through lay-offs recently, the vision for the company is unclear... So, while it's a great place to work, it's also very unstable at the moment.
