The focus from management is performance oriented and hard work never goes unnoticed. We build each other up giving credit where it is due and strive to craft inclusive language when critiquing and giving feedback on work processes. The platform BloomThat has built to allow people to share a little kindness and joy with others has amazing potential. I look forward to massive and rapid growth. I started as a contractor a little over a year ago and was brought in as a full time employee with benefits ~3mo back.

Chchchchchanges! Not really a con but this is a fast paced and ever growing workplace. It's not unusual to walk in one day and find a certain process has been retooled or that things in the office have been rearranged. This is the nature of a young, blossoming business but may take a little getting use to for some.
