1. The company offers very flexible hours, or in other words: good work/life balance. 2. Free healthy snacks, coffee, tea, lunch.... all day long!!!!
Cons
the learning curve is not as steep as an ambitious young professional would like to see. Hence, it's easy to get bored with the job after a while.
