This used to be a great job... - Driver Blue Line Foodservice Distribution Employee Review

Pros

Good pay, 4 day work week.

Cons

Not any more. The current management team treats senior drivers like garbage - constantly pushing heavier loads and demanding more production, never acknowledging a job well done and then bad-mouthing drivers behind their backs. If thins't the height of unprofessionalism, I don't know what is. Double standards, favoritism for some and disrespect of others are the culture here, creating a stressed out and resentful workforce. It is getting very near the tipping point where this is no longer one of the premium jobs in the area, and this will become evident as drivers jump at better opportunities when they become available.

Pros

Two drivers, most of the time the work is shared, you'll always have some slackers. Lift gate deliveries, night delivery, do not have to stock shelves.

Cons

Pay is not aligned with industry average. 56 hour average work week in 4 days. Nighttime delivery if you're not use to it.
